How it Works:

SERVICE - ONLY FOR THE CALLIGRAPHY ENGRAVING ON PERFUME BOTTLES.  The customer is responsible for purchasing the perfume and “must mail or drop ship” the perfume bottle to my location for this service.   Orders can be placed from a department store or online fragrance retailer and shipped directly to my address. The address is sent within 24hrs of purchasing this listing.  I accept only new and unused perfume bottles. They can be flat, round, and irregularly shaped, but the surface must be smooth and free of ridges and grooves as shown in sample photos.  I recommend perfume bottles that are 1.75 oz or larger to ensure there’s sufficient space for engraving. Please be mindful of space allocation on the bottle in relation to the amount of words a floral illustration.

The Process:

1. Personalization Message - Add to the personalization box on this listing the following information:

• Message - 10 words max(date counts as one word)
• State which perfume/fragrance bottle message is for
• Placement - front or back
• Please proofread, for errors, as I will engrave the message as is.  

2. Purchase Listing
3. Inbound Shipping  - ship perfume bottle(s) within 3 days of purchasing this listing and email me the tracking information.
4. Production Time - once received, It takes 2-3 days to complete hand engraving. I will draft a design for your approval with a 24-hr response requirement(please respond, in the given timeframe, otherwise, I will move ahead to avoid processing delays). The design is then permanently 100% hand-engraved on the perfume bottle using a motorized hand-held drill, and calligraphy skills, plus free-style illustration skills, were applicable.
5. Outbound Shipping - upon completion the item will be returned via USPS Parcel Select Post which takes 2-8 days(perfume shipping regulations requires this shipping mode). The total turnaround time from door to door should be approx 2 weeks.
6. Local - If you are local to the Long Island, New York area, a would like to do a “drop off and pick up service”, kindly message me before to make arrangements.
