Shipping

A Wincy Glass ’N Design, LLC currently offers complimentary shipping within the United States.

Orders are carefully packaged and shipped using professional carriers such as USPS, UPS, or similar delivery services. Tracking information will be provided once an order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate. A Wincy Glass ’N Design, LLC cannot be responsible for delivery delays or lost shipments resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

We currently ship orders within the United States.

Shipping and Transit

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the shipment is under the responsibility of that carrier during transit.

If a package arrives damaged or appears to have been mishandled during delivery, customers should retain the packaging and contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.

Production Timeframes

Because many items offered by A Wincy Glass ’N Design, LLC are custom created by hand, production time is required prior to shipment.

Perfume Bottle Engraving

Perfume bottle engraving orders typically require approximately 2 to 3 weeks for completion once the fragrance bottle has been received and order details have been confirmed.

Production time may vary depending on design complexity and current order volume.

Hand Painted Glassware

Each glass is hand painted individually by the artist once the order has been placed.

Expected production timeframes are as follows:

2–8 Stemware
Approximately 2–3 Weeks

9–16 Stemware
Approximately 4–5 Weeks

17–25 Stemware
Approximately 6–8 Weeks

25–75 Wine Glass Favours
Approximately 10–12 Weeks

100+ Wine Glass Favours
Approximately 14–16 Weeks

Orders requested sooner than the standard production timeframe may qualify as priority production requests.

Priority Production (Rush Orders)
Orders requiring completion within 10 business days of receipt of the item or confirmation of the order incur a Priority Production Fee of 60 percent of the order total or $100, whichever is greater.

Emergency Priority Production
Orders requiring completion within 5 business days incur an Emergency Priority Production Fee of 100 percent of the order total or $150, whichever is greater.

Rush and emergency requests are accommodated only when scheduling permits and must be confirmed prior to acceptance of the order.

Returns

Because most items offered by A Wincy Glass ’N Design, LLC are personalised, engraved, or custom hand painted, the majority of orders are final sale once production has begun.

Returns may only be considered for non personalised and non customised products that are returned unused and in their original condition.

Personalised or custom engraved items cannot be returned once the design has been approved and production has begun.

Breakage or Loss

Every effort is made to ensure that products are carefully packaged for safe delivery.

Hand Painted Glassware

Hand painted glassware is created using glassware supplied by A Wincy Glass ’N Design, LLC.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged during shipping, customers should retain the packaging materials and provide photographic documentation of the damaged item so the situation may be reviewed.

Customer Supplied Perfume Bottles

For perfume bottle engraving services, customers provide their own fragrance bottles which are shipped to the studio for engraving and returned once completed.
