Is the glassware food safe?
Yes, each hand-painted glassware is painted using non-toxic enamel paint.
How do I care for my hand painted glassware?
Even though your glassware is safe when washed in top rack only of your dishwasher, I highly recommend washing by hand as this will better preserve the hand painted design thus ensuring long-lasting durability.
How do I know my transaction will be safe?

What happens after I’ve placed my order?
Each glass is hand painted individually. The following are estimated production timeframes; shipping time is additional. Your schedule begins after payment and completion of required design approvals.
- 2-8 Stemware, 2-3 Weeks
- 9-16 Stemware, 4-5 Weeks
- 17-25 Stemware, 6-8 weeks
- 25-75 Wine Glass Favors, 10-12 Weeks
- 100+ Wine Glass Favors 14 -16 Weeks
Shipping
Standard return shipping within the contiguous United States is included in eligible engraving prices. Customers are responsible for sending their items to the studio.
Oversized cartons, bulky presentation boxes and unusually heavy shipments are not included in standard return shipping. If these apply, please contact us before ordering or shipping with your packed parcel’s dimensions and approximate weight. Any additional shipping charge will be confirmed in advance.
Shipping for hand-painted glassware and painted commissions is charged separately, as shown at checkout or in your quotation.
Tracking information is provided when your order ships. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
How long does engraving take?
General hand engraving normally takes 2–3 business days after receipt and required approvals. Perfume services follow the estimate on their product pages. Shipping time is separate.
Rush Orders
Rush requests must be confirmed before ordering and are subject to studio availability.
- Priority production: an additional 50%. For eligible engraving, this is an approved 24-hour service.
- Express production: an additional 100%. For eligible engraving, this is an approved same-day service.
For hand-painted projects, an earlier completion date is agreed individually. Same-day and 24-hour painting are not offered.
Rush fees apply to the listed price of the affected items, excluding tax and separately charged shipping.
Expedited shipping, where available, is arranged separately at the additional carrier cost, without markup. Rush production does not include faster shipping.

What is your refund or exchange policy?
All sales are final EXCEPT non-personalized and non-custom products. This is so because all other works are either personalized or custom hand painted just for you.
Shipping Questions or Problems
Every order is carefully packed for its journey. If your shipment arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact info@awincyglassndesign.com so we can review the situation and help with the next steps.
For damaged deliveries, please include photographs and keep the item and all packaging until we advise you further.
Tips and Advice
I suggest that you place your order for stemware (especially large quantities) as soon as you have decided on the wedding theme, colors, flowers etc. Six months in advance is not uncommon. My schedule fills pretty quickly, and I would like to ensure that you have the opportunity to celebrate your occasion in a personal, decorative, and unforgettable way.
