Hand engraving adds a timeless personal touch to meaningful gifts and keepsakes. At A Wincy Glass ’N Design, each item is engraved freehand in Wincilla Edwards’ signature calligraphy style, transforming everyday objects into bespoke keepsakes that can be treasured for years to come.

Clients may ship eligible General Hand Engraving items to the studio or arrange a local drop off for engraving. Many surfaces can be engraved, including glass, metal and selected keepsake materials used for weddings, celebrations and professional gifting.

Standard Wine & Liquor Bottle Engraving applies to bottles up to 750 mL and includes up to 10 words.

Wine and liquor bottle engraving is available through local drop off and pickup only. Please do not ship alcohol to the studio.

Bottles larger than 750 mL are not included within the standard published engraving option.

How to Select the Correct Engraving Option

This listing offers two engraving options. Please choose the option that best matches the item you would like engraved.

General Engraving — Up to 5 Words
Suitable for most eligible personal keepsake items such as champagne flutes, toasting glasses, cake server sets, cosmetic compacts, bridal accessories and selected small keepsake items made of glass or metal.

Standard return shipping within the contiguous United States is included with eligible General Hand Engraving orders.

Wine & Liquor Bottle Engraving — Up to 750 mL, Up to 10 Words
Select this option for standard wine, whiskey or liquor bottles up to 750 mL. This option is available through local drop off and pickup only.

Heirloom, one of a kind, rare, collector, unusually valuable and other exceptional items are not currently accepted for engraving.

Turnaround Time

Standard studio turnaround is 2 to 3 business days once the item has been received and all engraving details and required approvals are complete.

Rush engraving may be available by prior arrangement and is subject to studio availability.

24 Hour Rush: +50% per item
Same Day Rush: +100% per item

Rush fees apply to the listed price of each item requiring priority production, excluding tax and separately charged shipping. Rush turnaround refers to studio production time and does not include shipping or transit time.

Expedited return shipping, where available, is arranged separately at the additional carrier cost above included standard shipping, without markup.

Shipping and Drop Off

Standard return shipping within the contiguous United States is included with eligible General Hand Engraving orders.

Clients are responsible for shipping their item to the AWGND studio. Your Order Confirmation email will include the studio mailing address and shipping instructions.

Oversized cartons, bulky presentation boxes and unusually heavy shipments may require an additional charge. Please contact us with the packed parcel’s dimensions and approximate weight before ordering or shipping.

Local clients may arrange a studio drop off and pickup.
