Artwork Placement
Listed prices include engraving and artwork applied to one primary surface of the bottle. Placement is determined once the bottle is received, based on available smooth surface space, bottle orientation, and front detailing.
When a layout requires additional space for readability and balance, a secondary surface may be used at my discretion and is always confirmed with you during the proof stage before engraving or painting begins.

Every bottle is personally handled and customised by Wincilla (“Wincy”) Edwards, Founder and Lead Artist, whose artistry combines calligraphy, freehand engraving, and delicate paintwork to transform your chosen fragrance into a luxury keepsake.
Each line and brushstroke is applied by hand, never templated, never laser cut, ensuring a truly one of a kind piece.

- Floral Bottle Painting Only — Hand painted florals (your choice of blooms such as pansies, roses, tulips, and more). No engraving.
- Engraved and Painted Floral Bottle (1 to 5 Words) — Elegant hand engraving (names, initials, or short phrases) plus florals of your choice.
- Custom Bottle Painting Only — Fully custom painted artwork without engraving (symbols, illustrative themes, meaningful motifs, or non floral designs).
- Engraved and Custom Painted Bottle (1 to 5 Words) — Our most exclusive option combining hand engraving with one of a kind custom artwork.
Custom painted designs are created by consultation. If you are envisioning a bespoke painted concept beyond the floral styles shown above, please contact the studio prior to placing your order.
Each bottle becomes a personalised wedding day perfume or luxury bridal keepsake that carries the intimacy of your celebration in every stroke and line.
- Word limit (if selected): Up to 5 words (names, dates, or short phrases; dates count as one word).
- Placement: engraving and artwork are applied to one primary surface of the bottle, determined by bottle style and available smooth surface space.
- Bottles: flat, round, or sculpted styles are welcome with a smooth surface free of deep ridges or grooves.
- Bottle size guidance: larger bottles such as 3.4 oz offer the most flexibility for layout and legibility. 1.7 oz bottles are widely sold and may feel more compact depending on bottle shape, orientation, and front detailing. Final design placement is determined once the bottle is received.
- Please proofread carefully. Engraving and painting are applied exactly as approved in your proof.

The Process
- Purchase this listing. Mailing instructions are sent within 24 hours.
- Ship your perfume bottle. Send a new, unused perfume bottle within 3 days of purchase and email tracking.
- Design review. A mockup proof is provided for approval within 24 to 48 hours of receipt (please reply within 24 hours to prevent delay).
- Engraving and painting. Once approved, your bottle is hand engraved and hand painted within 5 to 10 business days.
- Return shipping. Completed bottles are shipped via USPS Parcel Select Ground (fragrance compliant).
- Total turnaround: Approx. 2 to 3 weeks door to door. During live activations or event bookings, allow up to 3 to 4 weeks.
